love that stove, you have made a fabulous job of it. years ago i inherited, well purloined, a white "Canon" (with the toast rack sticking out at the top and a draw at the bottom for pots) from my mum, had to give it up for a smaller stove when they stopped making spare parts, it went to scrap without a dent or rust. we still mourn that stove. much appreciations DoDo
